1. Overview
At Daily Mart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Return Window
Daily Mart offers a 3-day return policy from the date of purchase or delivery. Customers must initiate a return request within 3 calendar days of receiving their order. Returns requested after this window will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided at the time of return.
• The return request must be submitted within 3 days of purchase or delivery.
• Items must not be damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.

⚠ IMPORTANT NOTICE — ELECTRONIC ITEMS NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE on Electronic Items. All sales of electronic products are strictly final. Daily Mart does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any electronic items once purchased, unless the product is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) — in which case it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing evidence. |
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
• All electronic items and accessories (mobile phones, tablets, laptops, chargers, headphones, cables, etc.)
• Perishable goods (food, beverages, fresh produce).
• Personal care and hygiene products once opened (skincare, cosmetics, undergarments, etc.).
• Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable' at the time of purchase.
• Gift cards or store credits.
• Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
5. Refund Process
Once a return is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (cash, bank transfer, or store credit as applicable).
• Shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Daily Mart error or defective product.
• Partial refunds may be issued for items that are returned not in original condition, missing parts, or with visible signs of use.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed within the 3-day return window, subject to product availability. Exchanges are only permitted for:
• Wrong item received.
• Defective or damaged product (non-electronic).
• Size or variant discrepancy from what was ordered.
Note: No exchange is permitted for electronic items under any circumstances.
7. How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return or refund request, please follow these steps:
• Step 1: Contact us within 3 days of purchase/delivery via any of the channels listed below.
• Step 2: Provide your order details, proof of purchase, and reason for return.
• Step 3: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
• Step 4: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and hand it over as instructed.
• Step 5: Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Daily Mart reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
